  The ambience of the place, the Executive Lounge that my wife Pholile admires so much especially for the afternoon high tea. The 2hr complemetary predinner cocktails and canapes were a plus. Our club room was perfect. The staff were extemely helpful and very polite and made us feel special. - Nice big room compared to japanese standards, good soun... wat mensen zeggen » dproofing. There were a pool and bath but we didn't get a chance to try them. Personal very helpful, got us maps, various infos, and even a plug adapter.

  Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. Even though I asked for a non smoking room well ahead of time, I was told upon arriva... wat mensen zeggen » l they didn't have any to give us. However I couldn't tell the room we had was a smoking room to begin with, and my nose is very sensitive and I had n - The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.
