  Loved everything. Excellent service, breakfast very good, but there is room for improvement in comparison to other international hotels. Everything else, exceptional. Staff professional and welcoming. Beds firm and comfortable and pillows soft and luxurious. The Intercontinental Hotel was better (and a lot cheaper also).

  Excellent location,easy access to train & subway station, to the Kuromon fresh food market, shopping arcades, lots of good restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. When ever I go to Osaka I'll definitely choose to stay in Fraser Residence... wat mensen zeggen » Nankai Osaka. Moreover, Kyoto, Kobe & Nara are near Osaka. This time I stayed there for 6 nights. - Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.
