  The decoration and size of the room are great. The biggest and most impressive I ever had for a standard room and toilet facilities in osaka/Kyoto and tokyo. Very good location even not near the JR station. Close to underground shop streets, restaurants and Grand Front (walk across the railway shops ). Hotel locate - We stayed at the Hankyu International hotel for 3nights at the start of our honeymoon trip. The hotel was amazing! We were on the 33rd floor and had a spectacular view over Osaka city. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous! We loved the heated toilet seat (especially as we were there in winter!) and all of the toiletries. It was wonderful to come home every evening after a day of sight seeing to a freshly made up room. The staff were courteous and friendly and ensured

Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. - Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!!   Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. However I couldn't tell the room we had was a smoking room to begin with, and my nose is very sensitive and I had n - The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.
