The hotel staff were so helpful and all seemed to be bilingual. They really were so kind - the waitress at breakfast asked me where I was from, and when I said Australia she came back in two minutes with English guides of Osaka which proved to be so helpful. They were just so proactive.

We stayed at the Hankyu International hotel for 3nights at the start of our honeymoon trip. The hotel was amazing! We were on the 33rd floor and had a spectacular view over Osaka city. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous! We loved the heated toilet seat (especially as we were there in winter!) and all of the toiletries. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and our room looked out over Universal Studios which was great! We stayed there for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios and the aquarium and it was perfectly located.
