  1. We got clean towels, robes, and new toothbrush everyday. Even we have put "sleeping" sign, they still gave a bag with clean stuff and hanged on door hanger. What a surprise. 2. Great location. You only need to take a few minutes walk away from subway. 3. Wonderful price. Got a good deal via online booking! 4. Well, we were kind of messing... wat mensen zeggen » up the room. But, they organized every stuff very well. I have to say, great job! 5. Love their shampoo, conditioner, face cleanser and body washes! - I personally didn't stay here. I booked it for my mum and brother. But, I did get them signed in and when I dealt with the staff they were great and even though I was using Japanese I could here them speaking to other customers in clear English. My family enjoyed their stay here and had no complaints. Is in a perfect location for exploring Osaka and was a fantastic deal.

  The manager, Tommy, was extremely helpful and could speak English. He went the extra mile to help us and even had a perfect suggestion for dinner. I loved the ofuro, especially the one with the view from the top floor. I especially appreciated that it was such a convenient place - from jr station, metro, and esp the train to kansai airport. I ... wat mensen zeggen » like that it was so quiet even if it was in the busy and fun shopping drag. - The hotel's location is a big plus (few steps from Namba subway station which also connected to Namba Nankai line to Kansai airport; right in the middle of Osaka food/shopping street; walking distance to Dotonbori). Room is small but very clean and well managed. I like the tub. It is small and the water pressure is so strong that can fill the tub within just 7 minutes.

  Very clean, I like the atmosphere there. This is small so not many guests living during my stay. The night staff is helpful and effective. The girl in reception could speak good english and knows some other languages. They are all friendly and ready to welcome every one. The lady at reception even helped us to take our heavy luggage upstairs. The hostels location has many restaurants and places to drink. Osaka city center (Namba, Shinsaibashi etc) are 10 minutes by foot. Very clean and very comfortable. Free wi-fi and hot tea and coffee are included. Also, this place smells amazing! A strong wood smell.
