Immaculately clean, great staff, room was compact but had every convenience you would need. Definitely would stay here again. Room was larger and more comfortable than the place I had come from in Tokyo, and it was clean and comfortable. The beds were great and 2 kinds of pillows were also a bonus.   Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. However I couldn't tell the room we had was a smoking room to begin with, and my nose is very sensitive and I had n - The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

  1. We got clean towels, robes, and new toothbrush everyday. Even we have put "sleeping" sign, they still gave a bag with clean stuff and hanged on door hanger. What a surprise. 2. Great location. I booked it for my mum and brother. But, I did get them signed in and when I dealt with the staff they were great and even though I was using Japanese I could here them speaking to other customers in clear English. My family enjoyed their stay here and had no complaints. Is in a perfect location for exploring Osaka and was a fantastic deal.
