Very close to the Shin Osaka station (east gate). The staff is nice and speaks english. Free wifi is in the recepction, there is a place to sit down and drink free juices or coffe in the morning, eat breakfast. Room was cleaned every day - celan sheets and towels. Window with view on shinkansen track but it was very quiet in the room. -

compliment on Koinobori attached at the entry door and one of the staff
member offered us the material to assemble our own and it was very nice.
The hotel is very close to the Shin osaka station where the Shinkansen
to Kyoto stops.

It is 10 min walk from both Osaka and Umeda stations or 3 min from the
nearest underground. Room service was excellent - everything was
spotless. All the reception staff spoke English with sufficient fluency.
As my title states, it is near the Catholic church which also has Sunday
masses in English. There are a few small food stores around as well

had a room on the top floor overlooking Umeda Train Station. Every
evening the city would lit up in spectacular fashion. Overall great
experience -
For the price the room was excellent. Though small like most hotels in Japan, it is slightly larger than the others we had stayed in ells where and it was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The ambience of the place, the Executive Lounge that my wife Pholile
admires so much especially for the afternoon high tea. The 2hr
complemetary predinner cocktails and canapes were a plus. Our club room
was perfect. The staff were extemely helpful and very polite and made us
feel special. -

Great, clean room. Fair size in Japan standards. Great spa on the roof available to guests for free, which I made use of almost every day. Staff speaks good English, which is also rare in Japan. -
Design is very modern, hot spring in top floor is excellent. Drink machine in 7th floor with ice provided. Fantastic!!

Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

The hotel itself is out of this world. I was expecting something good, but my stay there far exceeded expectation! Great room, great bed and amenities; duck down quilts!!! Felt like 1000TC covers. Staff are pretty fluent in English.

Hotel with great location, just 2-3 minutes walk from Dotonbori
restaurants and nightlife and all the endless shopping arcades. The room
was very clean and everything felt new and inviting. Room size was
enough for our 2 suitcases and bags so we didnt have any complaints at
all. Breakfast was ok but we didnt feel like it was worth the money.

The hotel is located very conveniently at the Railway Station - Osaka Uhenomachi . The Bus to & from Kansai Airport is very convenient and cost efficient compared to a taxi.
Rooms are comfortable.
The staff - both at Reception & Housekeeping were the most professional & polite I have seen anywhere.

The location was fantastic as there were two train lines running just beneath and the shuttle bus to the Kansai Airport was at its doorstep. The shopping complex and multiple restaurants next door at Kintetsu was also very convenient!

This is a very fine hotel with every amenity, except coffee. There is a small train line that goes to the door. The area is Rokko Island, wiped out in the 1995 Kobe earthquake, so everything there is new. If you want to stay in an up scale hotel in Japan and don't have much cash, this is the place.
