  The hostel is just 5 min walk from Shin-Osaka JR station and subway station. The room is quite large, very big window which makes room bright in the daylight. Bed is comfortable. The staff is good at English(which means better than average English performance in Japan) and is very friendly. The shower room seems is Japanese style. Absolutely a very pleasant surprise. The room was great with all the facilities, and it's very spacious compared to Japan's standard. The lounge on the 27th floor was just lovely. Location is also unbeatable: it's steps away from jr Osaka station and subway Umeda station.

  The best hotel we stayed in and the best all round value. Right near the station and Universal studios. Big room with views of either Osaka Bay or Universal Studios. Perfect spot to visit the Aquarium, Giant Ferris Wheel,and markets in the Bay Area and also for the theme park. Ticket desk sells all the tickets you need in the area.   Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. Even though I asked for a non smoking room well ahead of time, I was told upon arriva... wat mensen zeggen » l they didn't have any to give us. However I couldn't tell the room we had was a smoking room to begin with, and my nose is very sensitive and I had n - The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

  The hotel itself is out of this world. I was expecting something good, but my stay there far exceeded expectation! Great room, great bed and amenities; duck down quilts!!! Felt like 1000TC covers. Staff are pretty fluent in English. It's situated smack bang in the middle of the Osaka nightlife, but very quiet! This is the real Osaka on a plate!!! - Hotel with great location, just 2-3 minutes walk from Dotonbori restaurants and nightlife and all the endless shopping arcades. The room was very clean and everything felt new and inviting. Room size was enough for our 2 suitcases and bags so we didnt have any complaints at all. Breakfast was ok but we didnt feel like it was worth the money.

The room is spacious, clean and well equipped especially a washer/ dryer, like a small home. This time I stayed there for 6 nights. - Location is exceptional, very near to Takashimaya, Dotonbori, Kurumon market and more. By taking Exit 4 at Namba station, follow the pathway leading to Takashimaya and walk towards Namba Park the cross the road, will get you to hotel. Discounted tickets to kaiyuan Aquarium and Hankyu tickets to KIX are sold at the reception. Staff are polite and helpful. We had a great time there and best of all, there is s washer cum dryer in the apartment.
