  The staff was incredible helpfully.nice people ,warm, etc. For me the convenience of being across the street from train station,plus the ink metro and lots of buses was a big plus. - Booked and paid for a single room, but had the use of two adjoining rooms which gave me a feeling of space.   Had everything I ask for in a hotel room, en suite ,safe parking and superb location just by the escalators that take you straight into the historic centre. The room was clean and the breakfast was much better than I expected. Very good value - The hotel is exactly what you would expect and want from a Italian hotel.   The service was excellent: we had a beautiful, spacious room. The staff is very friendly and helpful for any question. Moreover, we loved the very friendly dog. - Our room with the kitchenette was a good size. Garden was lovely. location, once we found it was not too far from the city center.
