Everything! The family who own the guest house are super friendly and helpful. The decor and furnishings lovely, especially the many antiques. I had a corner room with great views from its 2 windows. Perugia is a wonderful city and Assisi is just a 20min train ride away and Spello another 10 mins, so this makes for a great base to explore the area. I ate some fabulous meals at Cantinone, a restaurant recommended by the owner. If I come back to Perugia it will be to stay at Hotel Morlacchi
