  signor Alberto Primavera, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. The B&B is located on a top of a hill opposite of Perugia and has a splendid panoramic view on the city and its surroundings. The place was not easy to find, however, signor Primavera kindly came with his Fiat Panda to pick up from the place where we where. Everything - Very kind staff (starting from the owner, Mr. Primavera, who's always willing to help), very nice and spotlessly clean rooms, peaceful environment. The place is a 5-minute drive from the mini metro station (situated next to a large free car park) which brings you right into the heart of Perugia's historic centre (not reachable by car).

Our room was a truly lovel - Breathtaking, luxurious 5 star accommodations. Worth the trip to Perugia just to stay here. When you book, be wary that the rates for single versus double occupancy are quite different (I accidentally hit "single" instead of double on letsbookhotel.com, when I arrived, found the room would be 60 € more a night for double). The room was small, clean, with wall paintings and personal touches. Strong WIFI. It’ - Paula! And, (unless you prefer the anonymity and formality of a bland modern hotel) please visit this little slice of Italy. You are greeted by the sincere welcoming smile, positive energy and efficiency of Paula who wants you to enjoy your stay in beautiful Perugia. Our room in this ancient building was spacious, clean, private with air con, en suite and eclectic décor.
