  The really like the localization in front of the beach and that you don´t need the key to open the room door. In fact, the guest can open the open the door using their fingers. It really great. The breakfast on the beach was good: banana pancake or eggs or sandiwich, juice and coffee. It is 15 minutes far from the Harbour. No pool but the beach is right across from the hotel. The restaurant Mawar next to Good Heart is the best place to eat, all we had was superb. I would recommend Good Heart to everyone going to Trawangan!

  Much more beautiful than the photos suggest. The reception area is all open and very welcoming with friendly staff although all very young they seem to do a good job. The rooms were very spacious.. We had a family room at the top with a large double and a single bed. A good sized balcony overlooking gardens and pool is a must!!! There was a little unfinished work in the bathroom and the steps leading to our room but this did not ef - We were greeted by the warm and friendly staff at the hotel lobby. It was a very cozy atmosphere. We stayed in the one-bedroom villa and the atmosphere was perfect for a honeymoon. Their room service was really good. Our room was always clean for the 2 nights we stayed there. Kebun Villas location is also very accessible to many convenience stores, restaurants, a few pubs; all within walking distance.   The hotel is an older established complex with lush tranquil gardens. If you are after something modern then book elsewhere. Great spot to relax. Everything was great but, the hotel is beginning to show its age. Our room was on ground floor with garden balcony, was large and comfortable however, due to the age of the hotel there were signs it c... wat mensen zeggen » ould do with a little refurbishment. Service was great, breakfast was huge with a large selection. Would stay there again. - Every single interaction with the Sheraton staff was a pleasant experience. They were all so friendly and positive. the swimming pool was the best we have ever seen: like something out of a movie. We felt like movie stars lying beside the gorgeous pool. The private beach was lovely to stroll on, no hawkers. Happy hour in the Sunset Bar daily was great value and a lovely setting. And the gardens were Devine.

  An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and provided great service. They knew us by our first names which gave it an intimate feeling and when the manager discovered we were extremely sore as we had just returned from Rinjani trek, he offered us an extras at their spa temple on top of the massage we had... wat mensen zeggen » already booked. The level of attention to detail in this place is astounding, it is very beautiful and you really do feel faaaaaar away from reality. Everything is on your terms. No waking up early for breakfast - you decide when you want it, where you want it and what you want. Relaxation to the max. Ridiculously romantic. The staff are always very friendly and very helpful. You get the impression that they really do enjoy what they do.

  Very friendly staff, always helpful and very nice to our little baby girl. The villa, pool and surroundings were meticulously cleaned multiple times per day. The circular pool shared by the villas works well, gives a sense of privacy being at the back of the villa but is big enough to have a real swim. - Location is nice, right on the beach. Room is spacious with a separate living and dining on the ground floor and bedroom on the upper floor. Swimming pool is just out of the door.

  First of all the people working in the resort are excellent-you are the guest and not just the number.Also the cook is very good and he always comes to the table to ask a guest if the food is good.Breakfasts and dinners on the beach are something special.And at last Yuca-the owner is very nice person.
