A very nice place to stay: a haven of peace in the middle of busy Medan. Staying there feels like you are far, far away from the city.
The rooms are good and clean. Airconditioning works well. Supplimentaries such as coffee, tea and bottles of water (definitively no tap water!!) are present.
The swimming pool is nice and offers a panoramic view

Peaceful location and generally pleasant staff (particularly Ellie who was the best of them all). We took the trip to the Supiso Piso waterfall and were given an interesting full day tour, including views over the magnificent Lake Toba, by the Hotel's friendly driver. Swimming pool was refreshing and well worth a visit after all that sightseeing!

Wonderful people who were so helpful, we had an issue with coming in late and they came through for us, picked us up and even made us a late dinner because we were starving. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. They have lovely garden, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. -

The staff were... Amazing!
They were so help, friendly and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, they greeted our group with cheers and were genuinely excited to see us. Amy was amazingly helpful - she even took us out around the city and ensured that we had an amazing time in Medan! -

I loved the beautiful setting,our room was amazing. Very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and willing to help even though most did not speak much English, they were very patient with us and made sure we understood everything. We would love to go back and stay there again.
