  Since we were traveling as a family we got 2 rooms, which were upgraded when we checked into the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were big and really comfortable. It had a wall-to-wall couch at one end and a writing desk. Bathroom was also big. It had a separate tub and rain shower. Free wifi access anywhere in the hotel was a big plus. Food was also good although we only got to t - A great hotel with all facilities,quality of breakfast is absolutely great,we enjoyed every morning the breakfast time... A great design...despite non replying our email to arrange for the airport transfer but they rectify it by arranging a free shuttle to our second hotel in Jakarta.High quality of services (we tried the laundry it was with perfect cleaness and their massage is also professional) we would highly recommend this hotel in Jakarta..it offers very high standard of services.

  Rooms are spacious and the fact that the family rooms have the washing machine+dryer is superb. The bed is comfy. Toilet/shower was spacious. - Executive apartments meet the the expectations you can expect in this rating level. Spacious rooms with good comfort and well equipped.

  Harris suites is perfect for one or two nights when you are on a business trip or on a city tour. Related on the price (approx 70 Euro) there is no complain. Rooms are spacious, good mattres, nice bathroom with shower and free wifi, minibar, but no room service. In 10th floor there is also a pool, ok to refresh and a gym, quit good. A few engl. Food court down stair too with a proper coffee shop and Wendy's. Staff with no English barriers with nice friendly attitude. Can't complain.

  came here 3rd time, quick check in-out, great bf and gym, rooms not new but absolutely comfortable, fully equipped mini market, we feel like coming home - Kindness of staff, and efficiency. Taking initiative to make my staying as pleasant as possible. The whole place is kept in pretty decent condition.

  Satisfied and very happy with the staff (or probably the manager - Mr. Kevin) which really patiently explained to me on how the billing is calculated. The Spa services are exemplary with professional and attentive staff. The food is tasty but once I found the fried rice and - Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.
