Conveniently located, private beach(though not very clean), well kept property, cottage resort with lot of greenery which keeps privacy, very clean & comfortable rooms, staff which was always smiling & helpful.   We thought that everything was up to our expectations and excellent value. Joining the Priority Club giving us free wifi and late check out was a bonus. The very reasonably priced meals at all three outlets were excellent in value and quality. - The facilities and staff were wonderful! Only a short walk into the heart of Kuta.

  The Sandi Phala Beach Resort was incredible. The fact that it has only about 15 rooms makes this location very private and personal. The staff cater to your every need and they are always very eager to do more. The location of this resort is excellent.   Friendly staff and very keen to help or assist with any requests. Great breakfasts, yummy food and something different every day on the menu, and a nice greeting smile by the restaurant ladies. I liked their Balinese uniform. Fantastic room, very comfy and a good size with balcony over looking the pool. The rooms were nice, the wifi worked well, the beds were very comfitable! The pool was amazing, swim up bar had yummy cocktails. The staff were really nice and helpful with everything, it was only 10min walk to the discovery mall.

  it was a beautiful resort, right on the beach in the more traditional area of Bali away from the noise and bussell of Kuta and Legian. Fortunatley we got off season rates other wise we would not be able to stay there. - We have been at the Keraton already 9 years ago and it has not significantly changed. So this was good.
