  Everything!! We stayed in the two bedroom suite with private pool and were overwhelmed by the view and the whole setup of the suite. Read all the past reviews and add even more wow's ! George and his whole staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much for them! I am a very frequent traveller and stayed in amazing hotels throughout Europe but this... wat mensen zeggen » one is now in my top 3 on number one !! Just book it and do not worry satisfaction guaranteed!! Kind regards to all the staff from Gregory and Wanda! - The view was amazing, the suites are on the cliff face. The very private nature of the suites, pool, service very good. Nothing was too much trouble for Albert of George, any thing you wanted they would provide. Very close walking to restaurants and Thira shops and access to the old port cable car, path or donkeys.

  we contacted them last minute for transportation to the villa and the responded immediately. the staff were professional and friendly and gave good suggestions on where to go during the winter season, breakfast was HUGE! so much,that we could leave some for lunch. great view, free upgrade to a family suite, very good water pressure and constant ho... wat mensen zeggen » t water. in winter, room was warm, television had multilingual programs, location is convenient about 15 mins walk to fira, clean room with daily hous - Dana Villas was the location we chose for our wedding venue, and for a two night stay before heading to other islands for our honeymoon. The management and staff is second to none, and the rooms are cozy and quaint. The view is beautiful, and the locations was idillic for our wedding. Highly recommended.

  Good location which close to bus station, on the cliff so the view is great! Nice staff and service, free pick up and tranfer service to airport. - The seaview room that is facing the caldera. Awesome. And the rate is reasonable.

  This place is excellent value for money and the owners are so warm and friendly! The room we had was lovingly adorned with paintings created by the owner and the all of the room looked as if it had been completely refurbished this summer. Before we arrived, Manolis, the owner, contacted us with really extensive directions on how to find the apartm... wat mensen zeggen » ent.. which was so kind and thoughtful! Our balcony was huge and had a view of the sunrise which was incredible! I would definitely stay at argonaftes - We had a very enjoyable stay of four nights. It is owned by the most lovely Greek family, who are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and was decorated with beautiful paintings (by the very talented father). Argonaftes Villa has loads of character and is a memorable place to stay. The location is great too - an easy walk from the bus station and very close to the centre to Fira. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

  We were pleasantly surprised with our view and proximity to the city (15- 20 min walk) for such low $$value; breakfast is served on your balcony - so you are indulging in food while looking at the amzing Thira and Caldera; room is clean, bed is a queen size and is comfortable; we would def do it all over again! Grat place! - Mrs. Damigou is wonde... wat mensen zeggen » rful and very accommodating. The view was amazing from our room # 2. The homemade breakfast was filling, varied, and extremely yummy!! I would recommend this place to anyone, very close to everything and the owners are extremely knowledgeable. Thanks for an amazing time.

  Perfect location, it takes you about 10 minutes to walk to Fira and even less to Oia. We stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and literally walked through the entire island. The hotel is nice and cozy,and has only 4 rooms. We were very surprised by the size of the room, but it did not disturbed us at all, as it is a kind of unusual ... wat mensen zeggen » trait and fun, plus everything is small on Santorini) Also you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, sitting on a cozy veranda of the hotel. Staff was very fri - Very good location, 10 min walk from buzzing Fira but much more quiet. Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it. Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes it worth it.

  I stayed 3 days in Villa Fottini. Its small(9rooms) family house but with friendly and family orientated atmosphere. Its amazing place! Great location, 5min walk to Fira and by bus stop (buses to Oia and Fira), close by supermarket and cafes and restaurants. They pick me up from ferry terminal, showed me few rooms to pick up one I like most. Maria... wat mensen zeggen » -recepcionist speaks great english and is always (happy and smiley!!) for you;-) . Rooms is medium size but comfortable and with balcony. All inside - two bedrooms apartment has a kitchen, and that gives us a lot of fun. we bought some good taste tomatos and feta cheese and bread in minimarket just beside the villa, and made us very tasty greek salad ^o^ and we tried one night of twin bed room, with a cute balcony, very nice room. and the bus stop is just outside of the villa. above all, the famouse sunset spot is just 5 minutes walk away.   (Sorry for my English as I'm French) Amazing hotel and as it is located at the top of the Firostefani village, you have an amazing view of the entire city and the caldera Villa Ilias has actually the best panoramic view of this lovely city. It was very windy so we could not use the swimming pool but we managed to have breakfast by the pool each mo... wat mensen zeggen » rning. The buffet breakfast was excellent as they try to change it every morning, so it's not even boring when you stay a few days there. The service - We stayed at Villa Ilias in June 2013 and couldn't be happier with our choice. Our room was on the pool level which we liked: we could hang out at the pool and reach for everything we needed in our room! The room is modern and clean, with a small kitchen and fridge which is perfect as eating in Santorini can be expensive. Both of them are extremely friendly and went out of their way on a daily basis to answer our questions about sightseeing, car rental, get us extra towels/ kitchen utensils whenever we needed.   The owner of the hotel was very helpful and immediately told us about all the attractions on the island. She also suggested her help with organisation of the trip to volcano, explained how to get to all the places of our interest. The room itself was nice and very clean.
