  The service was impeccable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived very early on the first ferry from Mykonos and there was no hesitation in serving us breakfast even though it was not 'technically' in our rate for that day. All around excellent customer service - The outstanding views were picture perfect. Great location. ... wat mensen zeggen » The staff were fabulous. Nothing was a problem. We had a large terrace with a jacuzzi, a huge day bed...dreamy....great shower..and fresh and clean.

The Whole hotel is incrediably nice desighed, to be divided as many levels, from the edge of cliff to very deep of it, the hotel itself is an artwork. although there are rooms at each level, we can enjoy the amazing sea view and sunset view at balcony without any obstruct. 2. Staff are pretty nice, especially the lady at reception and the gent... wat mensen zeggen » leman who carrys our luggage. It has to go many steps from the parking square to hotel room, we can not do it by ourselves with heavy luggage. 3. Roo - This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. It is very clean and new with an absolutely breathtaking view of the sea and the volcano. The hotel is on a clif and you will be enjoying the breathtaking view of the sea anywhere in the hotel. There are 80 steps to the hotel but its worth every step (dont worry someone will carry your bags). We stayed 3 nights and we didnt want to leave.
