  The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  Staff were very helpful and friendly. Liked the little touches like checking in if we needed a taxi for the following day. Location was close to the Louvre and other tourist attractions, but with the advantage of being in a quiet side street. - Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful.   I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features. It even had its own courtyard off my ground floor room. The receptionist who checked me in spoke excellent English and was very approachable and fr... wat mensen zeggen » iendly, the maid checked my room, towels and re-made the bed every day, which was a nice touch, in the past I have had to ask for this when needed, bu - I had asked for a change in room location within the hotel. The staff went out of their way & were sincere in ensuring it was done even though it was fully packed over the week. I really appreciate the effort.

  The staff was wonderful. We stayed for five days and this small boutique hotel provides an exceptionally well trained, multilingual staff that is available to really "care" for their guests 24 hours. They made wonderful suggestions and never spent as much time with us as we needed. The location is terrific for the museums and the wonderful shoppin... wat mensen zeggen » g. They also have a lovely breakfast buffet. All in all the experience was terrific. - Everything! From the lobby which is so, so, one of a kind, the resto and its design, my wow! Blue room ( even got butterflies painted on the walls of my wc) and my friend gave a screamed in excitement when she got her so wished for fushia pink room! ) to the wonderful staff ( they are very good in English) it made our first Paris visit a very memorable one! Love to stay here again when in Paris.
