  Staff were very helpful and friendly. Liked the little touches like checking in if we needed a taxi for the following day. Location was close to the Louvre and other tourist attractions, but with the advantage of being in a quiet side street. - Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful.   The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. We felt like we were guest in here home, not just staying in a generic h - Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

  I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features. It even had its own courtyard off my ground floor room. The receptionist who checked me in spoke excellent English and was very approachable and fr... wat mensen zeggen » iendly, the maid checked my room, towels and re-made the bed every day, which was a nice touch, in the past I have had to ask for this when needed, bu - I had asked for a change in room location within the hotel. The staff went out of their way & were sincere in ensuring it was done even though it was fully packed over the week. I really appreciate the effort.

  The staff was wonderful. We stayed for five days and this small boutique hotel provides an exceptionally well trained, multilingual staff that is available to really "care" for their guests 24 hours. They made wonderful suggestions and never spent as much time with us as we needed. The location is terrific for the museums and the wonderful shoppin... wat mensen zeggen » g. They also have a lovely breakfast buffet. All in all the experience was terrific. - Everything! From the lobby which is so, so, one of a kind, the resto and its design, my wow! Blue room ( even got butterflies painted on the walls of my wc) and my friend gave a screamed in excitement when she got her so wished for fushia pink room! ) to the wonderful staff ( they are very good in English) it made our first Paris visit a very memorable one! Love to stay here again when in Paris.
