Propreté impeccable. Chambre accueillante où on s'y sent bien et qui est bien proportionnée. Je regrette de n'y êtes pas restée plus longtemps. Très bien placée, en plein coeur de Paris. Très calme! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Liked the little touches like checking in if we needed a taxi for the following day.

I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features. It even had its own courtyard off my ground floor room.

I had asked for a change in room location within the hotel. The staff went out of their way & were sincere in ensuring it was done even though it was fully packed over the week. I really appreciate the effort.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and English was always available. The location was great, a few blocks from the Louvre, We walked most places and used the Metro at times and took the RER to Versailles. All these were close and good restaurants too. Would love to come back. -

walls of my wc) and my friend gave a screamed in excitement when she got
her so wished for fushia pink room! ) to the wonderful staff ( they are
very good in English) it made our first Paris visit a very memorable
