  Awesome people there.Felt so at home.Didnt bother us in any way. Helpful and friendly and gave us information on things we asked them about.And she let me stay in our room after checkout as my partner was moving all our belongings. - Friendly lady and gentleman in charge, easy to find, room was clean and comfortable and good value for money.

  Clean and comfortable. I very much liked that they caterered very well for smokers with facilities outside each room with nice little table and chairs. We did enjoy this, it also provided an opportunity to socialise with other motel guests. Very nice touch. - The cleanliness, and the staff were so friendly!   People running the facility & location were & are excellent, it was well priced & comfortable, we loved it, it suited our requirements perfectly. - We loved the friendly help from all the staff. We loved the location it was within walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend this property.

  Didn't know the Ridgemont existed until I found while searching on line, a little secluded but close to most things around the city. My wife and I had an upper level room for 2 nights, brilliant view, great to sit on balcony looking out over Strand and Maggie Island. Good value. Requested 6 meals, 2 x 3 types,(on a night meals not usually served)... wat mensen zeggen » and was very pleased with service, quality and quantity. Great view from dining area. Didn't get around to utilising the pool, spa or BBQ are but the - Proximity to The Strand, a credit to Townsville Council. Room was clean and neat. TV needs replacing soon, screen pixelating continually. Reception staff (owners ?) were very helpful with directions.

  The staff were great very helpful courteous polite and friendly we had a problem with our hot water and when advised of problem the staff had it fixed as soon as the could the motel was close to everything we wanted and had everything we needed, we enjoyed our stay very much and will use the motel again, nothing was to much for any of the staff EX... wat mensen zeggen » CELLENT - Staff are very freindly and helpful - offered to upgrade us for only $10 extra. Gave us keys to two rooms to compare prior to checking in so we could see for ourselves which room was better. Great location and parking at door. It's now my 'place to stay' in Townsville which I go to a few times a year. Have already booked a 2nd stay in 2 months time.

  The staff were so friendly and the family room we had was excellent. We will book a family room again next time we have to stay in Townsville. The boys want to come back in summer and try out the pool/spa. THANK YOU. - Large room for all the family and reasonable price.

  They were nice the room was good and the food was good. We have always stayed at expensive hotels in Townsville, but we will stay at the colonial rose in future. - The service. Emma, you were brilliant! The food was top quality The room was soundproof.

Meals were Great and always served on time. Nothing was too much trouble.
