Owners were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Even had of street parking outside our room for our boat. Old but very very clean. Cleaner than some 5 star hotels we have stayed at!.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location on the Esplanade. The room was clean, quiet and well equipped (bathroom, kitchenette). Shopping centre close by.

There was nothing we really liked.
Window blinds dusty and damaged. Needs different type of blinds. From our experience inexpensive mini blinds are very fragile.No coat hangers.
Slight damp smell in room.
The price was a bit high considering the age and appearance of the building.
