  A previous guest had clearly smoked in the room. I could not re-locate to another room since there are no reception staff available after 4:00 pm on Sundays. The hotel does not accept American Express cards. This was not clear on letsbookhotel.com where I used my American Express card to secure the booking. - Everything was perfect. The location... wat mensen zeggen » just great for visiting the Salamanca Markets and surrounds. All facilities were thoroughly thought out and well designed. You don't usually have self contained units serviced daily .. but they did and it was a treat to arrive back after a long day and all was done.
