Location near airport, good if your arriving by plane and just staying few nights. A bit of from action in Coolangatta, but distance is still walkable. Hostel has got free shuttle bus to town during the day. Good kitchen. Younger girl (with dark hair) working in the hostel was really kind. Internet worked fine, nice tv-lounge with sofas. -

The one we were in had a new bathroom and the manager informed us that the bedrooms are being refurnished and updated as an ongoing project. Only stayed one night as we were just passing through. I stayed here recently with my wife and son, and I was really impressed by the whole package; the family room was a large size, with a workbench for my son and I to each work from our laptops while my wife watched TV, and there were the necessary facilities for us to feel at home (microwave, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board).

A perfect location opposite the beach and park, relatively quiet and very spacious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Burleigh Heads (after spending a horrible night in Surfers!). Lots of cafes and shops nearby and a great cycleway along the beach front. Highly recommended! -

We really enjoyed having a room that was peaceful and well cared for. We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the warm pool and the various services offered (pool service, breakfast, clean towels). The staff were professional (could be a little more friendly).

The staff were great and very helpful and Kylie was especially wonderful and was the most charming of any of the front of house staff in the 4 various hotels we stayed in! The apartments (we stayed on two separate occasions in a matter of weeks) were spacious and modern with great in-house facilities and balconies with great views. When I booked I didnt realize that we had an option of smoking/non
smoking. Realizing we did have that option after booking in it was no
trouble to staff to relocate us to a smoking unit and with in minutes we
were puffing on our cigies out of everybodys way. Then I had left my
reading glasses in the 1st room and again no trouble to staff tracking
them down. Thank u Jupitors 4 a great nite :)
