I liked the location of the hotel. It's very centrally located by the Rivercenter and other attractions that we were able to walk everywhere we needed. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was better than we had expected. Our overall experience was great. -

The hotel room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and a very big flat-screen television and sitting area. The rm was very spacious and had a great view of the riverwalk. The bed was very comfortable. We had trouble with the first rm; the key card wouldn't work but front desk apologized and was very helpful with giving us another rm. -

The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel is located on the Riverwalk and very convenient. My wife and I were very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. We rate this hotel as excellent and definitely would choose to stay there again on our next visit.

Renovations were done recently and looked great. The room was great and
clean with the wood looking floors, no carpet. Beds were comfortable. We
had 2 rooms. I left items behind that we had just purchased at mall,
contacted them and they mailed package. Staff was great. Thank you, we
enjoyed our stay and will come back. -

Customer Service was excellent! The trip/stay was 5 minutes away
from my Dr. The hotel was necessary for eye surgery operation. I had
my mother, daughter, & my 9 month old grand daughter stay in the
room w/ me. The room was very spacious, and access to the outside
was very convenient,(I had a small service dog with me). I would
highly recommend, and will be staying there again for 2nd eye surgery
the end of April.
