I've stayed at many highly rated hotels in San Antonio, and Mokara
is unquestionably at the top of my list. It starts with superior service
- over the top attention to detail. We were walked to the elevator
during check-in by a member of the desk staff, and later - accompanied
by a doorman down to the riverwalk level of the hotel as he provided us

Loved the personal touch and attention to detail when it came to staff service. The location is perfect on the River Walk, and the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great. Rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa employees were fun and engaging.

Free wifi, they didn't charge me a cent extra for checking out past

Every one there was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and clean.perfect location when going any where,like places to eat, shopping, sight seeing, all close enough and not too far. Amazing service, decor, historic upkeep, and experience. The hotel was stunning and we got a very great price for a king room. the location was perfect. It was only 3 blocks from the Riverwalk so my wife and I were able to go out to a nice dinner and some drinks without having to worry about getting back.

The pool and lazy river was the high light of the trip for my twin 7 year old boys. The nature aspect around the pool sites were just beautiful. -

I met a friend for a week away and we both loved the hotel and its staff. We especially liked the shuttle service for airport and local transport to dining spots and the access to down town and the area via the highways that were very close. Also we rented a car and the car rental was just a few blocks away. We would definitely recommend it to fri

Everything. I needed a place to stay near the airport, where as a solo
woman traveling I felt safe and comfortable. This hotel was perfect.
I accidentally left my cell phone in the lobby of the hotel when I left. I called the hotel from the airport and the front desk supervisor drove my phone and charger to me!! Such service and friendliness!!

I've stayed in other Embassy Suites where there wasn't enough room for the evening reception or breakfast. Although the hotel was busy there was room for everyone. Food constantly replenished and attentive staff. Liked the location - an easy walk to the bars and restaurants on the Riverwalk but just far enough away that noise was not a problem.

Most comfortable beds around. I love the location close to everything, the Riverwalk, the Mercado, and the Alamo within a short 10 minute walk, but outside and away from all the noise. Beautiful hotel with fantastic made to order breakfast and evening snacks. Very accomodating staff to help with every need. Thank you for a great weekend trip!!

... cosa dice la gente » el, also how it's right on the River Walk. I liked how you're able to purchase Fiesta Texas tickets rather than get them at the gate. Balcony was nice, it contained furniture. The valet parking is nice, prevents you from having to find nearby parking.
