Hotel is amazingly clean, right in middle of strip walking distance to Starbucks and a number of restaurants. Service is amazing! Free breakfast, good coffee in lobby. Santa comes Thurs and Sat night for kids. Cookies and milk every night. Everything in Pigeon Forge has a gimmick so don't pass on this just because of Xmas theme. I would stay here for relaxing, mountain trip, business but family trip is a must. They have outdoor and indoor pools, nice workout area, and outdoor places to just

This was the best 2 day vacation I have ever experienced. The staff was excellent and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. I even learned how to make waffles!!!This was the 1st time I have stayed with Clarion property and it will not be the last. EXCELLENT!!! -

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable & the pillows were AMAZING! Even though we weren't traveling with pets, I did like the fact that we saw 3 dogs during our one night stay. I loved having the river right outside our door. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The ducks, geese, and heron entertained us early in the morning and later in the afternoon. The breakfast was scrumptious every morning. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful with directions and suggestions for places to go and things to do. -

It's Close to the interstate and in a safe location I felt. It is a Very clean hotel, and our room was clean and most important to me, they have comfortable beds and I loved the warm welcome at arrival. Check in was easy. Having an indoor pool and arcade for the kids,. We had a 11 year old and he certainly enjoyed. Really appreciated having wi-fi and a large TV. I stayed because the Hotel Convention Center hosts the Mountain Quiltfest. I enter the show and thought I should support the hotel.

Only stayed for one night. Front desk helpful in changing room since we could hear the noise of the vending machines next to us. Great proximity to beautiful roads for riding the motorcycle. Would stay again. -
very comfortable and spacious.. I had A handicap room and A suite one night and A room the next , both were nice
