Everything had a touch of class, from the person at the desk to the quietness of the elevators, to the room appointments. The person attending the breakfast (which had waffles to granola, fresh fruit) was like a dancer, efficient movements, never in the way, cleaning and restocking. I will stay here again--easy access to the city center and the interstates.

The setting a Opryland is just phenomonal. The price is really not badwhen you consider what you stay in and the availability of shopping,restaurants and lush grounds all available in ac. I felt like the foodwas improved from our last stay two years ago. - everyone was very courteous.. the hotel was beautiful

Courteous staff ready to assist with every request. Very comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast included. Easy off / on access to the interstate. Cookies were great too. -
Staff/owner very friendly and informative. Near downtown and eased to get to Gran Ole Opry and hotel Gaylord Opryland. A must see.

The stay at the hotel was like staying at a bed and breakfast. The staff was amazing and the breakfast in the morning with the other guests was remarkable. The staff was there talking to all of the guests making us feel like we were at home eating. Very clean and very comfortable. Very pleasurable stay and worth the money to stay. -

I thought it was new, modern and very clean. The staff was always really friendly. We had never been to Nashville before and didn't want to spend our money on an expensive hotel downtown. We drove in and had a car and could not have been more pleased with the hotel along with the closeness to the city -

My fiancé and I stayed in the Comfort Inn Downtown in Nashville had a brilliant stay. Although it is around 10 minutes walk into the main streets, we found this to be to our liking and loved the quiet location. Nashville is a very safe city and so walking back and forth late at night etc wasn't a problem. Great rooms and parking also which was a b

This hotel was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was walking distance to downtown (we walk a lot), the breakfast area and options were excellent, the pool was clean, comfortable bed and staff excellent. We had an issue with a bathroom light and they came and replaced it within an hour! Great price and perfect for budget watchers!

Everything was great the food was excellent and the lounge was very inviting and cheap drinks. Staff was polite except for one front desk person. The shuttle to and from downtown Nashville was a huge help, although we did have to use a cab a few times because of traffic put the drivers behind when they had to do airport pick ups. All in all we had

We thought the hotel was about the best bang for your buck around! While it is not within walking distance to the city, the free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes or so dropped you anywhere. Staff was pleasant, room was clean & comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.

We needed a short get away and Riverstone was perfect. We were able to lay by the pool while we waited on our room to be ready and having a full kitchen gave us the ability to cook supper in, relax and watch the Masters Golf tournament. Didn't get to take advantage of the spa but it looked wonderful and the gold course was beautiful. We will stay

I enjoyed the fact that the pool and game room were open for 24 hours. Other resorts/hotels close at ten or eleven at night and if your family is out sightseeing each day, your children are always disappointed that they can't swim. The 24 hour pool solved that problem!

It`s conviently located, great views, still be remodeled from being bought from Family Inns so the room my brother and I stayed in hadn`t been redone yet. The bathroom has some minor needed repairs the bath tub shower didn`t work could only take baths not showers the walls need some minor repairs, the carpet needs replacing but overall it was an awesome room and clean. Would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

Ther room was very nice although I did request a smoking room. It was nice enough outside to smoke so no big deal. The cleaning staff accidentially threw away a souvineer but the desk clerk was very nice about it. we went to pigeon forege to scatter my brothers ashes. my mom is on oxygen. the staff at this hotel was over exceptional. i really appreciate the hospitality we were given. as a rule when we go to a hotel with my mom it is a hassle, that was not the case at this place at all. thank you again. we will definately stay with you all again.

We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.
