This was the best 2 day vacation I have ever experienced. The staff was excellent and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. I even learned how to make waffles!!!This was the 1st time I have stayed with Clarion property and it will not be the last. EXCELLENT!!!.

We had a good experience staying at the Clarion Dollywood. The room was wonderful, and the pool, slide, and lazy river were hits with our seven-year-old grandson. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved that the hotel was located on a side street so a little out of all the traffic. Our room was great and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good also.
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean, modern. We will definitely stay here again!.

At one point, we could hear our neighbors pretty well. Thankfully they got quiet, but it could be a problem if you had rowdy neighbors.

This is just a suggestion about the breakfast area. The right side of the breakfast section is frequently congested (where the juice machine, biscuits, french toast, gravy, bacon, etc) is located. Suggestion is to review area and re-arrange items for a better flow of people to reduce congestion. The food is delicious!.
