The room was clean. The service was great. I didn't want for
anything. My room was clean and I had everything that I needed each day
I return to my room. I was met with a smile at the front desk and this
made me feel welcome.
I loved how the hotel was right in the middle of everything so my wife and I didn't have to find parking. Also the rooms were super clean ; the bed looked basically brand new.tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
The location is ideal for all the shopping and entertainment sites.

The cleaning lady was very nice stopped and gave us extra towels even though we didn't ask. Great location close to the kiddy park and go cart track.
It was a place to sleep for a last minute trip. In the future we'll
probably plan a little further ahead and stay at a nice place.
I liked that it was in the center of town. Just a short drive to food and shopping.

Someone left a plate of food outside in the hall and nobody pick it up
for 24 hours.
The bed was hard as a rock. Found a couple of bugs (earwig and a beetle).
the heater made noises every time it came on and woke us up.

The price was good but letsbookhotel.com kept sending me a lower price after i made plans so i had to paid the high price.
The room felt dirty. There were nasty stains on the box springs that looked like blood. We stayed the first night of our weekend trip and decided at midnight on the second night to just come home because we weren't comfortable.
Breakfast was not as advertised, a box of store bought doughnuts is not
a continental breakfast.
I didn't like the service from the staff. Not very polite.

It was the worst experience ever!!! I paid 123.00 a night because I had
animals... Booked it for 89.00 a night! My toilet clogged and I had to
go downstairs ... get the plunger... &Amp; yes... Plunge the toilet
myself!!! My daughter & I called it the hotel from hell. Never
again... Oh... The tv remote didn't work either! Horrible
experience!.
Other guest was loud heat didn't work very good beds hard.
I asked for no smoking. However the room still smelled of smoke, awful.
Staff was rude,, rooms were dirty,, beds and box springs were nasty,, slept on top of blankets, said breakfast was provided ,, only krispy kream doughnuts and juice were provided.
There was mold on the ceilings and the bathroom had hair on as
shower wall. Lots of mold in the bathroom. Would request a refund if
it were possible.
