The staff was very friendly. They were prompt in bringing towels and cleaning the room the next day. beds were very comfortable.
Nearby all points of intrest.
After being told there were no groung floor rooms we were offered a
smoking room. We took it but in the morning my husband's asthma was
bothering him. We decided to check and and go back home a day early. We
do appreciate being offered the room they had available and the charges

I liked the location. The beds were comfortable. the room décor was good. Staff was helpful. I had requested a non smoking room when I booked the hotel but when we got to the room it was a smoking room. The attendant at the desk was helpful and got us another room.

We were booked on the 2nd floor. We asked at checkin time for a ground
floor room for my mother would could not climb stairs. We were told
there were none. We had a non-smoking room but it still had a strong
cigarette smell.
The price of the room being inflated for a sporting event.
The outside of the property was in need of maintenance. Lots of trash around the facility and even though it is fall the leaves on the ground from the trees were excessive. The exterior trash is the reason for just fair rating on the cleanliness.

The rooms are old and nasty. I was not comfortable using the shower even after we used our own cleaning products!.
The hotel was dirty the toilets had not been cleaned. We were moved to a
new room and it was also not very clean. It was better but far from good
for the money.
Was not told when we booked that it was a smoking room and smelled like one big cigarette. Was awful. Also, there were blood stains on the comforter. This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.
