My 85 y/o father was having eye surgery. The staff bent over backwards to help us, even providing a wheelchair for our stay. Beds were so comfortable, everything very clean, and breakfast very good. We will stay there again during his next surgery.

this it the first time we were disappointed with the hotel. the room still had food on the floor it did not look like the vacuum, there was pubic hair in the bath tub did not use.

Room was not cleaned and one day the bed wasn't made, although maid service had clearly been there.
Bathroom was very small.
It is an old hotel, it needs repairs and updating. Starting with carpet cleaning, the floors in the room were filthy.
Stayed 7 days. wrote my name in the dust on the tv base on day 1, still there day7! Wifi was like a whores knickers, up and down continuously. Shower was boiling or freezing, nothing in between. very old and tatty.
I didn't like the location, the room was dirty, had dog hair on
floor. I moved to another room and it was no better, the floor was
badly stained. The bathroom was very small, and the hot water
didn't work. I will never stay at this hotel again, and would never
recommend it to anyone.
