Has a very upscale feel with classy furniture, features such as small fridge and new TV, and updated materials like granite countertop in the bathroom. It was the kind of place my clients would put me in for business and I'd feel comfortable and at ease - and not worry about mildew in the bathroom or walking barefoot on the carpet. The breakfast was better than most freebies, including eggs and fruit. Staff was helpful and professional.

The price was less than I've paid anywhere in 5 years. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Lubbock. It was located close to college and you also offered a shuttle to an from the airport. The pool looked nice but was to cold to use when we visited and the breakfast had a great assortment. The stay was very comfortable. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was all very kind and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was comfortable, clean & functional with Coffemaker & Microwave. The Continental Breakfast & Coffee was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, lots of selection. Location was perfect for us. We loved everything. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable.Clean rooms and the staff was real nice. good place and good price...room was just fine...will give it a look next time in lubbock...and other places... clean and comfortable after a day long trip that was what i needed. What I liked about it were the beds were firm and the pillows werent bad alothough the sheets were old and spotted. bathroom was fair could be more cleaned. The AC worked well. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Everything was fabulous. The mattresses felt like springs especially getting in and out of the bed.....strange. The refrigerator seal was falling off and it wasn't cooling, the shower head wouldn't spray well, and the toilet paper ring was falling off wall/whatever it was mounted to. The water pressure was high and the spray hurt since the Shower Head not adjustable. The Air-Con was very loud and tv remote was not working inefficient. I really can't say a whole lot except they need to touch up some paint areas,small little details. The shower is not associated with a bathtub; instead there's a "bathing chair" and the drain is directly on the floor. It's a non-Western design for a bathroom which may work for some, but I prefer a tub so I have ledges to place my soaps, shampoo, etc. Limited transportation service. Water vending machines were not maintained properly. When wanted to buy water got coke. Compalined about this to the Front desk, but was asked to lodge a complaint with Vending machine Co. which is not possible and very unfair. No toilet paper. The halls were dirty. The room was very cold. The heater unit was not working. We rented a King size bed room and had to settle for 2 beds bedroom because that room had a heater that worked, it made a lot of noise when you turn it on and wasnt able to get a good nite sleep. The building was run down in many areas. There were stained towels hanging upon arrival. Floor was dirty and room had bad odor. Door was hard ti open and close. Hair dryer was worthless. Business center consisted of one computer with printer. System was old and useless and very frustrating.
