  Exceptional experience! 1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms! 2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable. 3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail ... cosa dice la gente » to us. 4- The Premier Suit is pretty big with two bathrooms and a jacuzzi viewing the street! the room has two balconies, two mini-bars, and a Nespres - Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel

  Sicuramente è nella zona più bella e moderna di Dubai, le camere sono molto belle e spaziose, fare il bagno nella vasca con la vista sulla città e sul grattacielo più altro del mondo è qualcosa di sensazionale. Le luci sono tutte comandabili con telecomando. Il parcheggio è gratuito Wireless gratuito. - Belle stanze, ma per i nostri gusti un po'... cosa dice la gente » troppo cupe. Bella la vista dal 31mo piano. La posizione è buona abbastanza vicino alla metro. Dico abbastanza perché nonostante sia tra due stazioni, raggiungerle è comunque distante.

It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor. In short, we liked everything about this hotel and will sure stay here again in the near future. - The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.
