The staff were friendly and obliging. We had to call housekeeping for a few items, and they were prompt and helpful.
The apartment was spacious (we had an executive suite). The kitchen was stocked, although it would have been nice to have some kitchen towels and dish soap to do the dishes rather than leave them for housekeeping.
We used the metro during most of our weekend, but taxis were easy to find. The hotel is within walking distance (3 minutes) to Sharaf Metro Station, and within walkin

we booke an appartment and because of flights arrived about 4am, your staff were fantastic and because our appartment was not ready as check in was not until 2pm they rang round and found another appartment for us and took us to it. - The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms are better than the photographs suggest
