  Exceptional experience! 1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms! 2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable. 3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail ... wat mensen zeggen » to us. 4- The Premier Suit is pretty big with two bathrooms and a jacuzzi viewing the street! the room has two balconies, two mini-bars, and a Nespres - Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel

Wel een aantalongemekken van de kinderziektes: zoals bv liften, alhoewel een grootaantal, maar ze raasden voorbij om dat ze waarschijnlijk nog niet goedafgestemd waren of je had niet voldoende tijd om ze te nemen. - the staff are so friendly, professional with amazing customer service skills,... wat mensen zeggen » always smiling and happy to help. our appartment was immaculate, warm and cosy with class, everything u need is there. kitchen, washing machine, microwave etc... 2 flat screen tv's and all bath cosmetics and essentials.all for one price. the food was outstanding. i'll defininitly visit again and again and again. it was more like 6* - The staff very helpfull and polite.We liked very much the modern design of the room which was also very big with great view, many amenities and very clean.We would totally recomend!

  I stayed in the hotel on 26/9/2013. I had booked a deluxe room for the couple of us and our 7-month-old baby. We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. It was a glorious surprise and the suite was really luxurious, comfortable, and offered a magnificent view from the 28th floor... wat mensen zeggen » . In short, we liked everything about this hotel and will sure stay here again in the near future. - The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.
