We were only styaing overnight on this occasiion, for the NAFAS AGM so did not really have time to form an exact opinion. Dave the host was there to welcome us when we arrived. He was very helpfull, and made us very welcome. The hotel was spotless and are room was very comfortable. On arrival we was asked what time we would like breakfast, we opted for latest time of 9.00am. The breakfast was excellent, and again Dave & Rachael coudn't do enough for us. So overall, great hosts, clean and very comfy room, in a perfect location.

This is my second return to this hotel and I shall return time and time again. Our landlady made us very welcome and we were able to find a previously-reserved parking spot easily. The breakfasts were hot, satisfying and tasty, and my online request for a vegetarian cooked breakfast had been arranged. The room was quiet, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Although we only stayed for 3 nights we felt very relaxed by the time we left and would definitely go back again. The Andora is also really close to the seafront and main town.

The room was lovely and it was a nice surprise to be given the Oriental Room. The breakfast was one of the best as well. - the staff were very helpful and made our stay welcome, nothing was to much trouble to them.

We loved the warmth and charm of the welcome(great cake!) and the rooms for the three of us were stylish and comfortable and exceptionally clean. Chalet popular was immaculate. All activities were close to chalet. Loads for kids to do. Prices in Nisa were excellent. -
The chalet was clean and had everything we needed. The evening entertainment was good. The swimming pool was great.

The staff at this hotel are amazng. We had our 10 year old autistic son with us and they could not do enough for him or us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I hope Premier Inn realise how fantastic the staff are at this hotel especially Lynda, Jacqui and Emma (new girl). -

The staff were very friendly & welcoming, room was clean & tidy with all that we needed. Breakfast in the morning was fresh & plentiful. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area that is looking for a budget hotel.
We are visiting Southport again in the near future & will book again.
