We were only styaing overnight on this occasiion, for the NAFAS AGM so did not really have time to form an exact opinion. Dave the host was there to welcome us when we arrived. He was very helpfull, and made us very welcome. The hotel was spotless and are room was very comfortable. On arrival we was asked what time we would like breakfast, we opted for latest time of 9.00am. The breakfast was excellent, and again Dave & Rachael coudn't do enough for us. So overall, great hosts, clean and very comfy room, in a perfect location.

This is my second return to this hotel and I shall return time and time again. The room was lovely and it was a nice surprise to be given the Oriental Room. The breakfast was one of the best as well. - the staff were very helpful and made our stay welcome, nothing was to much trouble to them.

The staff at this hotel are amazng. We had our 10 year old autistic son with us and they could not do enough for him or us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I hope Premier Inn realise how fantastic the staff are at this hotel especially Lynda, Jacqui and Emma (new girl). -

The staff were very friendly & welcoming, room was clean & tidy with all that we needed. Breakfast in the morning was fresh & plentiful. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area that is looking for a budget hotel.
We are visiting Southport again in the near future & will book again.

Friendly reception. Helpful staff. Great choice and quality of breakfast. Convenient to town centre and promenade. Clean and comfortable room with spacious and clean en suite. Proper bath towels - not flimsy short things of many other places. All in all a great place to stop. -

Great location opposite bowling alley cinema and quite a few restraunts, comfy beds , 2 singles and one double in our family room, very quiet so good nites sleep, I would defiantly stay again, we sat in the bar with the kids and they did a drink offer were the kids could keep topping up great value for money. -
