  Underground secure parking was a plus. Reception staff were very welcoming. The room was modern, smart and very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were excellent. Views from the bedroom window over the water was very pleasing. Room was very quiet and peaceful. Food was v. good. The hotel is new so therefore you expect it to be pristine and it was.   The standard of decor thorughout the hotel was excellent, our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely.
