  A really well located place to stay, right in the heart of Dundee. The staff were very friendly, the room had everything we needed, including coffee making facilities. We shared a very clean bathroom with only one other room.   Clean, comfortable and roomy. Staff were competent. Location was beautiful with a view of the city, yet close enough for walking for services. Very nice place to stay. Bathroom is in the room and very convenient. - Surrounding, parking, staff, room, silence

  The room was excellent value for money and having the use of full kitchen facilities also helped to keep my costs down. What a great idea to rent out student rooms when not in normal use. Perth is a very interesting city to visit with lots to see and do.
