  A really well located place to stay, right in the heart of Dundee. The staff were very friendly, the room had everything we needed, including coffee making facilities. We shared a very clean bathroom with only one other room.   The room was excellent value for money and having the use of full kitchen facilities also helped to keep my costs down. What a great idea to rent out student rooms when not in normal use. Perth is a very interesting city to visit with lots to see and do.   RIEN - Clean, comfortable and roomy. Staff were competent. Location was beautiful with a view of the city, yet close enough for walking for services. Very nice place to stay. Bathroom is in the room and very convenient. - Surrounding, parking, staff, room, silence
