i arrived earlier than expected check in time and yet they gave me a very warm welcome.
they looked after me as if i was part of their family during breakfast with all the guidance and warm talk, and wiwaited for me to arrive safe at nught. I literally felt as if i am visiting family.
the place was clean and everything was on time.
very comfy place and close enough gocity centre
located in a beautiful area
it was an unforgettable getaway experience for me

what I liked most. Breakfast was scottish: Eggs, bacon, beans, tomato,
haggis and black pudding...of course you could choose whether you would
like all of it or just a selection. There are also cereals, fruits and
jam. I really liked the oppertunity to try the real scottish one! :)

It was a clean,friendly ,family run establishment where I felt very welcome.Breakfast was excellent and as I have more trips to Dundee planned over the next several years I will definitely go back and stay there again.It's lovely to find a little gem of a B&B like this a stone's throw from Dundee city centre.

What a lovely little hotel! It's in a beautiful setting facing Loch Earn and inside everything is very well maintained and cared for. Robert and Amanda are excellent hosts who obviously love their work. Meals are served in the restaurant and the bar and are delicious - and in BIG portions. Highly recommended
