We liked everything about our stay at the Villa Marina.Peter&Viv are the perfect hosts.Our room was spotless and comfortable.A fantastic power shower,even the towels smelt fresh&clean.The breakfasts were delicious,cooked to order,it all tasted amazing.We can't wait to go back for our third visit.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Paul and he helped me and my partner with our bags and offered us drinks. When I went outside to the garden to get my tea there was yummy banana cake and biscuits for us too! Just what you need after a long drive! Fair winds is a fantastic place to stay, Paul and Gill are friendly, easily approachable hosts, on arrival we were greeted with coffee and biscuits and they both had time to spend with us chatting, the guest house is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic breakfast choice and we were very spoilt for choice. Its dealy situated for exploring the towns/ villages around torbay, I would deffinatly recommend fair winds to friends/family.

Friendly, very clean, nice little individual touches, I had the impression that nothing was to much trouble, liked to use local quality produce, great scrambled egg! the owners obviously enjoy what they do. - The gardens were amazing and the owners couldn't do enough for me. Never before we have met such a wonderful couple, who are so dedicated to make their guest house the most wonderful place in Devon as Alistair and Emma. The owners Emma and Alistair are really lovely. They are most welcoming, helpful and kind. The setting is delightful.The breakfast was great, a range of very tasty choices.There are lots of interesting places to visit nearby, lots of charming walks and the town is most attractive. It is a great place to stay. We will certainly return and recommend it to others.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was to muchtrouble. Can definately recommend it to others, the rooms were brightand spotlessly clean and the breakfast excellent. I liked everything, they were very welcoming and as I was travelling alone I felt very relaxed there. The room was large and comfy and the dining room was most welcoming. I only had breakfast at the hotel but this was very nice. - Very friendly and service was excellent. All the facilities were excellent and the hotel was in a good location.

If there is something that you want in a great guesthouse...its in the olive branch. Wonderfull room with great vieuw, two seats are waiting for you. Clean, very clean. Perfect bed, a King worthy. Tastefull breakfast, and very nice staff.
