A 4-star, family-run guest house, The Ashleigh is a short walk from Paignton town centre, with exciting breakfasts, free WiFi, free parking and a sun terrace overlooking Queens Park. The well known Paignton Zoo is about a mile away with good public transport links.

The hosts, Mick and Hazel , have developed an excellent Guest House in Paignton.. I received a very warm and friendly welcome when I arrived. The accommodation was well equipped and perfectly maintained, with a comfortable bed, tea / coffee available in the room as well as a large amount of storage space for clothes etc. A good shower / bathroom with soaps, shampoos ... and proper towels! Breakfast had plenty of choice, was well prepared and served very quickly and efficiently. The idea of .

If you can not get a space in the small car park or outside of the guesthouse, you would have to pay to park your car nearby. Room no. 10 was too small to be a twin room. There are no negatives about Ashleigh Guesthouse......weather was wet and windy tho!!!. Small room (Room 9) was a little claustrophobic. Beautifully decorated and clean but very small en suite/bed tucked right up under roof space and no instruction had been left as to how to operate the velux window. Rather noisy when adjoining rooms used their toilets and taps due to macerators. No hot water in shower if you were the last of the guests to get up. (All getting up at the same time due to breakfast timings). Nothing not to like. Nothing!!!!!!. Nothing to really dislike. Nothing, everything was great. There was nothing at all that we didn't like or could possibly complain about. Just the carpet and upholstery colors- they were a bit old school for us. Nothing. Parking was a bit of a problem but we managed. There wasn't anything. There was nothing to dislike about our stay. Nothing no complaints perfect. bathroom a bit small. Limited parking. there wasnt anything to dislike.
