The friendly staff/owners who helped me on many occasions. I would say this was one of the best aspects of my stay there; very personal attention and assistance from people who could almost become your friends, while remaining always professional. Friendly staff, good value considering its position close to town centre but not too noisy. Parking is a bonus. Good value & tasty meal in the restaurant, nicely decorated & clean looking. Plenty of choice for breakfast, nothing too much trouble for girls waiting on.
Rooms/bed linen/towels clean and enough space for clothes etc. Comfy beds

The accommodation at the Windsor Trooper was lovely. Spacious room clean tidy with ensuite and was well decorated. The staff there were so helpful and pleasant The food served here was marvellous and I would recommend to anyone. Parking at the property was also a bonus. 5 Minutes walk from the town centre. Brilliant all round. Would certainly stay there again.

The host, Claudia is very friendly and always responded to my request without failed. Faculty Service Apartment is very near to the Oracle Shopping Mall and for those who would like to travel to London City, the Railway is just 10-15mins walk. For the muslims, Reading is a great place to be , you may find lots of halal food around. Definitely will

A perfect place for visiting Berkshire. Comfortable apartments perfectly placed in the middle of Reading. Shopping (http://www.theoracle.com/) and excellent food (http://www.londonstbrasserie.co.uk/, http://www.jamieoliver.com/italian/reading) in walking distance. Take away food, supermarket, pubs, ... are even closer.

We were a party of 3 adults, not visiting legoland, but taking the
opportunity to visit London without paying London prices. On arrival, we
were met by Michael who was very helpful with information on the
property, where to buy groceries and how to get from a to B. The
apartment itself was spacious, clean, comfortable and with a very well
equipped

We liked everything about the appartment, It was fantastic. A map of the area, and how to get there and the location of shops and supermarkets were emailed to us before we left, and were very instructive. We were met at the flats and shown around in great detail.
We had a trouble free and enjoyable and comfortable time.
