Jan and Richard are very hospitable, with an easy, friendly manner. The house has charming period decor reflecting their travels and artistic tastes, and the garden is glorious. The cooked breakfast, together with homemade muesli, berries from the garden, home made jams and new laid eggs from Jan's hens, was beautifully presented and delicious. Very easy to find off A4, close to all amenities. Chris, the owner, is very friendly and helpful.
The accommodation is more like a maisonette: all self-contained, with its own entrance; kitchenette downstairs and large double bedroom and beautiful bathroom.

Warm welcome, really comfortable room, beautifully decorated bathroom, all absolutely lovely. While perhaps a bit expensive for the area, we felt it was excellent value for money.
Food was good too, my husband liked the beers and the staff were very considerate with my elderly mother. -

Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

Lesley the landlady was very accommodating and friendly, the house was very well kept and clean, the room we had (the family room) was perfect, spacious and well equipped, in all the very best B&B we have stayed in and we have experienced many hotels and B&Bs over the years. -

Dee and Ann were amazingly friendly and very, very helpful. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked and in the kitchen area where all the guests could mingle and share travel stories. I was really a lovely family atmosphere. The room was lovely and the hosts made every effort to accommodate our very lat minute request for an extra night. They are brilliant hosts and happy to help with trip advice.
