Colazione e aspetto esteriore - Staff were very helpful, food was very good and reasonably priced, accomodation had several touches more often seen in higher rated (starred) hotels. - Great breakfast, nice location and the room had all the facilitieswe needed.

Wonderful staff, couldn't do enough to help! Lovely period property that makes a pleasant change from the usual hotels. Fantastic quality bar and restaurant food. Would happily stay there again. - Friendly staff who made the stay nice. With such intense heat as we experienced air conditoning in the Wedding Marquee would be a huge plus.

It was not expensive; It was clean; Shower was strong and hot water plentiful; TV was included; there were no unpleasant surprises; owners were extremely nice and went out of their way to assist (explained bus routes, let me use the office PC for online check-in, let me leave my luggage there in the morning and come back later in the day to change

It is a small and cute bed and breakfast with really friendly owners who give advice on anything you'd like to know! You easily take the hoppa h5 bus from terminal 5 from heathrow, 4,50 single or 8 pound return. It's a few min from the airport right next to the holiday inn express.
The tv in the room is nice and the bathroom is clean and good as well. There is a supermarket next door and m&s supermarket in the gas station, nice fresh fruit etc. there are restaurants in the holiday inn expre

Very friendly at check in and room was great for a budget overnight. If you expect Travelodge/Premier Inn, you will be pleasantly surprised as this lodge is better with extra facilities including use of a closeby gym and pool. If you are expecting luxury getaway, you will be disappointed. I was nervous when I read a few reviews before I booked but

I spend a lot of time in Hotels, and was impressed by the exceptional welcome I received. All was well explained on arrival regarding facilities, and Laura on reception was particularly helpfull. From showing me the room, to printing me off details of my intended destination for the evening. All done with a very warm, friendly professional manner.
