Friendly helpful staff. Great room with a fantastic view overlooking the sea front. Well heated room. Very comfortable bed. Large shower. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Very nice breakfast - lot of choice. Fab location. Substantial double glazing made room quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with sea views,easy booking in nice friendly staff.Very close to all the pubs and clubs.Very nice comfortable rooms very warm and clean.Excellent stay thinking of going back in June due to location and quality of hotel. - Staff very friendly, hotel centrally located, meals excellent, loved my stay will be back soon!

the cleanliness,excellent food,the service was the best we have ever known, but mostly the cabaret(even though one of the acts was ill so wasnt there,one of the other acts doubled-up.) - we whanted to relax this weekend and with everything at the hotel that was what we got,it may have rained outside but we still had a great time thanks.

Location was ideal. Close enough to walk into town but far enough away from the noise of nightclubs, pubs etc.
Also very good value for money. - Helpful Friendly Staff, Great Value For Money, Excellent Breakfast Menu, Room And Hotel Clean And Tidy.

La cortesia e gentilezza del personale alla reception. I servizi erano rinnovati e funzionali - I made a really good choice and will stay there again, next time I am in Blackpool. I enjoyed everything about it from the service, the comfort and most of all very cheap. Alos the position of the hotel, right on the front and close to the Hilton Hotel

Me and my husband came to Hacketts York House on Valentines day 2014. What a lovely, enjoyable time we had, so glad we booked here. The staff are so friendly, chatty and helpful. Lovely hotel it's that lovely we have booked for 14th February for a long weekend.
There is plenty of rooms for where you can sit and enjoy a chat or where the entertainment is, or where the two bars are.
There is entertainment on each night.
There is a games room downstairs or a dip in the pool.
There is also a very good parking area.

A very excellent hotel their tick all the boxes -
Our sea view room was large clean and warm, with a comfy bed with 4
pillows, tea/coffee facility, freeview tv, and plenty of storage
space plus a bathroom with walkin shower with plenty of hot water. This
large clean hotel has plenty of lounge seating some overlooking the
seafront, and a cabaret room with nightly entertainment. The food is
excellent and service is quick and efficient. All staff were pleasant
helpful and attentive.
