First impressions count, and they are good. Paul, the landlord,
greeted me on arrival. He's friendly and just has that knack of
getting people.
Our room was quite spacious, for Blackpool B&B, and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and it was all clean.
Paul is always genuinely cheerful and always available. I'm not sure when he sleeps. H

We were travelling with our 2 young boys of 5 and 8 and were very pleased with the family room as it had an adjoining room for the boys so we all had lots of space.
We loved the spa bath!
Tram stop right outside the hotel made travelling up and down the promenade very easy!
Excellent value for money - we enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal - we will come back again if we can find the same deal of £105 per night half-board for a family room.

The location of the hotel. Staff tried their best to be very helpful but I feel they did not get very much support so felt a little bit sorry for them. No problems with comfort as slept very well. -
On Arrival, the room was ready and upon inspection had all the main facilities needed for the short one night stay.

Fantastic welcome, hotel owners really nice and friendly people. Went out of their way with advice of local parking and restaurants. Hotel rooms immaculate and really good breakfast! Excellent location for Winter Gardens where we were attending a show. - leslie and bob are really friendly, and its realli well situated close to everything!

friendly staff, fabulous food nothing was too much trouble. i can truly say that the accomodation and the entertainment made for a first class stay. i will definitely return. they are advertising special weekends for 2009 and we are interested in the "rocky horror" weekend in january. i think they do a murder mystery weekend as well. its so nice to

Location was great 5 mins if that away from city centre! Staff amazing and friendly couldn't help any more than they did!!! Great view of the town defo at night!! Pubs bars and club walking distance but in our case cheap in a taxi because we had heels on lol!! Everything you could ask for in a hotel at such a good price!!! -
