  Made to feel very welcome by Lorna and Simon, really friendly. Very clean and spacious family room. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. They were very kind to let us check in early as we were arriving by train in the morning.   First impressions count, and they are good. Paul, the landlord, greeted me on arrival. He's friendly and just has that knack of getting people. No need to eat again until dinn - We were travelling with our 2 young boys of 5 and 8 and were very pleased with the family room as it had an adjoining room for the boys so we all had lots of space. We loved the spa bath! Tram stop right outside the hotel made travelling up and down the promenade very easy! Excellent value for money - we enjoyed the breakfast and evening meal - we will come back again if we can find the same deal of £105 per night half-board for a family room.   The owner were very helpful and have everything you need. Plenty of rooms for family and groups. But note they are kept separate sides of the house( two house as one) well lite out side. Breakfast is great time 9 am til 9.30. Basic but lovely. The only issue is the parking but you are near roads you can park down. All in all great. - The room was small but far exceeded expectations given the price. Clean, fresh, plenty of tea and coffee stuff, good location, bar etc. The staff were absolutely terrific and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Extremely friendly and they definitely went (willingly) above and beyond. I would highly recommend the Atlantis.

  We were very happy with the staff and with our stay, the staff were lovely and friendly, also great company. They were very helpful and very understandable.
